US Department of Justice Proposes Changes to Bankruptcy Case Files and Trustee Systems

The US Department of Justice is proposing modifications to several existing systems of records, including Bankruptcy Case Files and Trustee Files, to allow for disclosure of information to contractors, as part of the Privacy Act of 1974 regulations.
