U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Non-Separable Starch-Oil Compositions

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is planning to grant Heritage Fare, Ltd. an exclusive license to use two patents related to non-separable starch-oil compositions for various food products, including microwave popcorn and salad dressings. The licenses will be granted for all uses in the specified fields, following the availability of a related patent application published in the Federal Register in 1994.
