Agricultural Marketing Service Maintains 2003 Cotton Classification Fees

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has decided to keep the 2003 crop cotton classification fees at $1.45 per bale, following the same level as in 2002, as per the Uniform Cotton Classing Fees Act of 1987.
