Additional Declaration for Imported Articles of Pelargonium spp. and Solanum spp. to Prevent Introduction of Potato Brown Rot

The U.S. is amending regulations to require an additional declaration on phytosanitary certificates for imported Pelargonium spp. and Solanum spp. articles, except those from Canada's greenhouse-grown restricted plant program, to prevent the introduction of potato brown rot caused by Ralstonia solanacearum race 3 biovar 2.
