Rural Housing Service Proposes Changes to Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program

The Rural Housing Service is proposing amendments to its regulations for the Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program, aiming to increase participation by the secondary mortgage market in the program by allowing RHS to buy back guaranteed loans from investors and lowering the minimum level of rehabilitation work required for acquisition and rehabilitation.
