US Department of Labor Delays Effective Date of Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Until April 30, 2021

The US Department of Labor has finalized a proposal to delay the effective date of the Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) until April 30, 2021, as per a Presidential directive to review issues raised by the rule before its implementation.
