Notice of Administrative Settlement Under CERCLA for Cashman Mill Site Cleanup

The US Department of Agriculture's Forest Service and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) have agreed to a proposed settlement under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) to recover costs incurred in cleaning up hazardous substances at the Cashman Mill Site in Washington state, following a 1997 cleanup of contaminated soil and flue dust.
