Oregon and Washington Bartlett Pear Growers to Pay Higher Assessment Rate

The Northwest Fresh Bartlett Pear Marketing Committee is proposing a rate increase for the 2003-2004 fiscal period, from $0.025 to $0.335 per 44-pound box of fresh Bartlett pears, to cover administrative costs for regulating the handling of these pears in Oregon and Washington.
