U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Fungal Decay Detection Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, is set to grant Aerotech Laboratories, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona an exclusive license to utilize U.S. Patent No. 5,563,040, which enables immunological diagnosis of fungal decay in wood, following a notice published in the Federal Register on June 21, 1994.
