Withdrawal of Independent Contractor Status Rule Under the Fair Labor Standards Act

The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing to withdraw the final rule on independent contractor status under the Fair Labor Standards Act, which was published on January 7, 2021, and is set to take effect on May 7, 2021.
