National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Hold Public Meeting

The National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection will hold a public meeting on November 5-6, 2003, to review and discuss key issues related to meat and poultry inspection, including procedures for inspections at Talmadge Aiken Plants, the use of data to support risk-based inspections, and the association of food safety activities with public health surveillance data.
