DOL Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a new information collection request for training plans and records of training for underground miners and miners working at surface mines and surface areas of underground mines, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
