Certification Under Section 584(b) of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2005 (Div. D, P.L. 108-447)

The U.S. government must certify that the Export-Import Bank of the United States is operating in compliance with the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act of 2005, which includes Section 584(b). This certification is required by the Appropriations Act, P.L. 108-447, Division D.
