Department of the Treasury Proposes Alterations to Two Existing Systems of Records

The Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service is proposing changes to its Payment Issue Records and Payment Records systems, as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974, following a previously published update in 2001 and a subsequent revision in 2003.
