DOL Announces Model Notices for COBRA and Health Care Continuation Coverage

The U.S. Department of Labor has released model notices for health care continuation coverage provided under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, as required by the ARP.
