MSHA Withdraws Sanitary Toilets Rule in Coal Mines Due to Adverse Comments

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is withdrawing its direct final rule on standards for sanitary toilets in coal mines, following significant adverse comments, and will address the comments in a final rule based on a companion proposed rule.
