Proposed Exemptions from Prohibited Transaction Restrictions

The National Electrical Benefit Fund has submitted proposed exemptions to the Department of Labor, seeking relief from certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
