SBA Amends HUBZone, 8(a) Business Development, and Government Contracting Regulations

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has issued an interim rule to implement provisions of the Small Business Act, including the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005, which aims to improve HUBZone, 8(a) Business Development, and Government Contracting regulations, and provide additional benefits to small businesses, particularly those in historically underutilized business zones and rural areas.
