Pipeline Safety: Periodic Underwater Inspections

The proposed rule would require gas and hazardous liquid pipeline operators to conduct periodic underwater inspections of offshore pipelines less than 15 feet deep or crossing under navigable waterways to prevent hazards to navigation.
