Radio Broadcasting Services; Dripping Springs & Marble Falls, TX - Channel 285A Reassignment

The FCC has approved a change in the radio broadcasting services for Channel 285A, reassigning it to Dripping Springs, Texas, and modifying the license for Station KXXS to operate on Channel 285A in Dripping Springs, in response to a petition filed by Amigo Radio, Ltd. The change is subject to Mexican concurrence, and operation with the facilities specified for Channel 285A at Dripping Springs may be suspended or terminated if it does not conform to the 1992 USA-Mexico FM Broadcast Agreement.
