Notice of Availability of Government-Owned Inventions for Licensing

The US Government, represented by the Secretary of the Navy, has made certain inventions available for licensing by the Department of the Navy, including a surface coating for particle-based bioanalytical techniques and a method for fluidic force discrimination.
