Labor-Management Cooperation Program; Application Solicitation

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is publishing the draft Fiscal Year 2004 Program Guidelines/Application Solicitation for the Labor-Management Cooperation Program to inform the public. The program is supported by Federal funds authorized by the Labor-Management Cooperation Act of 1978, subject to annual appropriations. The Solicitation contains changes in the eligibility requirement, specifically, that applicants who have not received funding under this program within the past 6 years are eligible to re- apply.
