EPA Establishes Significant New Use Rules for 65 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring companies to notify them 90 days prior to manufacturing or processing 65 chemical substances for a new use, in order to assess potential risks to human health and the environment.
