U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Revised Recovery Plan for the Alalā (Corvus hawaiiensis)

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on a revised recovery plan for the critically endangered Alalā bird, which is believed to be extinct in the wild and survives only in captivity.
