US FCC Grants Petition to Reallocate FM Channel to Ohio Town

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a petition to reallocate a local FM channel from West Virginia to Ohio, marking the first local aural transmission service for the Ohio town of Racine. The reallocation is subject to concurrence from the Canadian government, which has not yet been received.
