Wirsbo Company Seeks Permanent Authority for Subzone Expansion at Minnesota Plant

The Wirsbo Company has submitted an application to the U.S. Department of Commerce for permanent authority to expand its Foreign-Trade Zone 119 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and to establish a new subzone, 119B, at its plant in Apple Valley, Minnesota, where it manufactures polyethylene tubing.
