SEC Staff Revises Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 104 to Align with Current Accounting and Auditing Guidance

The SEC Staff has revised Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 104 to update interpretative guidance consistent with current authoritative accounting and auditing guidance and SEC rules and regulations, rescinding portions related to private sector developments in U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
