USDA to Host Public Meeting on Codex Committee on Meat Hygiene

The US Department of Agriculture will host a public meeting on January 15, 2004, to gather public comments on proposed agenda items for the Tenth Session of the Codex Committee on Meat Hygiene, which will take place in Auckland, New Zealand, from February 16-20, 2004.
