Radio Broadcasting Services; Durant, OK, and Whitewright, TX - Request for Comments on Reallotment of KLAK(FM) Channel

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition to reassign the KLAK(FM) radio station from Durant, Oklahoma, to Whitewright, Texas, in order to provide the latter with its first local broadcast service.
