Medicare Program to Host Town Hall Meeting in 2004 for Ambulance Condition Codes

The Medicare program is hosting a town hall meeting in 2004 to gather feedback on the establishment and implementation of Ambulance Condition Codes, which will be included in the CMS Manual System, and to discuss the development of new ICD-9-CM codes for those codes without a corresponding ICD-9-CM code.
