FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Southeastern Parkway and Greenbelt Project in Virginia

The Federal Highway Administration is issuing a notice to inform the public that it plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Transportation for the proposed Southeastern Parkway and Greenbelt project in Virginia Beach, VA.
