Commission Modifies Rural Health Care Support Mechanism Rules to Improve Program Effectiveness

The Commission has amended its rules to enhance the rural health care support mechanism, which offers discounts to rural healthcare providers to access modern telecommunications for medical and health maintenance purposes, in response to lower-than-expected participation and a petition denial.
