SEC Seeks Public Comment on Disclosure of Mutual Fund Transaction Costs

The Securities and Exchange Commission is soliciting public input on how mutual funds should disclose transaction costs to investors, including whether they should be required to quantify and disclose these costs, record them as expenses, or provide additional narrative information.
