Comment Request for OMB Review of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Performance Report

The U.S. Department of Education is seeking public comment on a proposed change to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Annual Performance Report, which requires states to establish goals and performance indicators for children with disabilities, and to report progress to the Secretary.
