PBGC Establishes New System of Records for Online Application and Payment Processing

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is launching a new system of records, subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, to support its online application and payment processing system, allowing individuals to submit information electronically and make payments through the PBGC's website (http://www.pbgc.gov).
