Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to obtain data on nationally recognized testing laboratories, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
