Department of Veterans Affairs Amends Ionizing Radiation Registry System of Records

The Department of Veterans Affairs is revising its Ionizing Radiation Registry system of records, which was last amended in 2001, to update its location, categories of individuals covered, and routine uses of records, among other changes.
