US EPA Establishes Tolerance for Fluroxypyr in Various Crops

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has set tolerances for residues of fluroxypyr, a pesticide, on several crops including field corn, sweet corn, and sorghum, following a request from Dow AgroSciences LLC under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
