DOL Announces New Privacy Act System of Records for Contractor and Visitor Public Health Emergency Records

The Department of Labor (DOL) has established a new system of records, Contractor and Visitor Public Health Emergency Records DOL/OASAM-38, to collect information on contractor employees and visitors working in DOL facilities during public health emergencies, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Circular No. A-108.
