Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Fee Schedule Changes to Recover 94% of FY 2003 Budget

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its fee schedules to recover approximately 94% of its budget authority in fiscal year 2003, with the goal of collecting $526.3 million.
