Nuclear Energy Institute Petition for Rulemaking Denied by NRC

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has rejected a proposal by the Nuclear Energy Institute to allow the reuse of approved information from prior licensing actions in the application process for early site permits and combined licenses.
