Federal Acquisition Regulation to Review Termination Settlement Proposal Forms

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend the clearance of Standard Forms 1435 through 1440, which are used for termination settlement proposal forms, and is seeking public comments on the necessity and burden of this information collection.
