Federal Acquisition Regulation to Clarify Nonavailable Items and Emphasize Market Research

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to better define nonavailable items and encourage market research for domestic sources, in line with the Buy American Act requirements.
