Federal Acquisition Regulation; Excluded Parties List System Enhancement

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to publish an electronic list of parties excluded from doing business with the Federal Government online, replacing the hard copy List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Nonprocurement Programs produced by the Government Printing Office.
