USTR Publishes 2003 ATPA Annual Review Notice

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has released a notice regarding the results of its preliminary review of petitions submitted in September 2003 to review beneficiary developing countries' compliance with the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA) eligibility criteria.
