Eaton Corporation Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Automated Mechanical Transmission Systems

Eaton Corporation has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies have infringed on its patents for automated mechanical transmissions used in medium- and heavy-duty trucks, and components thereof.
