U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Tyco Healthcare Retail Group, Inc. and Paragon Trade Brands, Inc. Over Absorbent Garments Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into Tyco Healthcare Retail Group, Inc. and Paragon Trade Brands, Inc. following a complaint filed on April 5, 2004, alleging patent infringement of certain absorbent garments by these companies, which could lead to a permanent general exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
