US International Trade Commission Reviews Portion of Tariff Act Violation Determination

The US International Trade Commission has decided to review a portion of a determination finding a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 with respect to one company, Inv. No. 337-TA-481, and a final determination finding a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 in Inv. No. 337-TA-491, regarding certain display controllers and products containing the same, and display controllers with upscaling functionality and products containing the same.
