USPTO Revises Power of Attorney and Assignment Practice for Efficient Processing
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is updating its rules to streamline the processing of powers of attorney and assignment documents, eliminating unnecessary mail stops and introducing a new mail stop for sensitive documents.
