FDA Announces Accreditation Criteria for Inspection by Accredited Persons Program Under MDUFMA

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is publishing criteria for accrediting persons to conduct inspections of eligible device manufacturers under the Medical Device User Fee and Modernization Act of 2002 (MDUFMA), with applications set to begin after OMB approval.
